Perry Recorded on Saturday, April 9, 2022 stating he needs the next harm planned and in place after getting caught Friday night trying have her false arrested yet again, and that he can’t wait another week. He’s getting desperate more by the day. We understand what he’s hoping for as we saw the last time he ran for office in 2016 is to have that done again so he can announce his candidacy. Perry just told Cynthia he’s mad about her refusal to lie, again, and he intends to frame her for a murder and carry out that second false arrest threat he’s made since he did the first one. She’s got the police that gave her the Fabian Puzzle and The McNamara Email and the Mike Was drugged email watching everything she does and everything Perry dies so he’ll need to talk to them about that. They know a little more about her activities than Perry thinks they do. They know more about his than he thinks they do as well. They did give her The McNamara and the Mike was drugged email and everything in between and after up to today so does he not understand that either, despite the repeat?

The slander and defamation Mr. Perry engorges in is duly noted for the record in his criminal case and has been for a long time. The pressure he applies to get a lie and force Cynthia to say and do what he demands against her will has backfired on him in ways he won’t see or know about for a bit here. Again, he’s not putting together cause and effect at all. It’s like he has not a clue what people say to him or what’s happening. You can tell by the way he acts he has no idea.

The police that got Cynthia the Fabian Puzzle, not just at some random time but the worst moment Perry caused with a lie, and it’s not just any words, it’s those words and not just in the same book, or on the same page, but arranged specifically for her, The McNamara Email, this here now and everything in between remind Perry they got that to her and it wasn’t up to him. He’s gonna get out of her life and that’s not up to him either. It is the law.  It is her wishes. They will be more than happy to do it for him if he can’t act like a big boy and do it all by himself.  She doesn’t like him. She’s gone through a whole lot of trouble to get away from him and metaphorically kick him off of her.  He’s putting everyone through hell and everyone has had enough of it. He seems not to be aware of the animosity he’s creating against him. It’s very hard to get cooperation when you spend all day pissing everyone off, making everyone feel disturbed, upset and creeped out. He’s not been caught this much ever before in his life because of it and because he seems not to be able to process that information and that feedback. It’s not okay.  So because he’s still bothering we got this below and once again Perry is bothering and imposing and a burden and won’t shut up and pissed everyone off so everyone got to work. He asked for it. He always does. He seems to thoroughly enjoy being told on.  He has done nothing but for now 7 years every day.  There is never reciprocation. There has never and will never be a date.  He’s just told on.  He likes that. If he didn’t, he’d stop.

That is who she is. So you have to keep in mind who she is not this person Perry described her as. It’s not the same. He failed to mention very important things about her that constitute her make up and who she is and how she thinks. She had some very good values instilled in her by Grandpa. So he didn’t take the job lightly. He didn’t take his position and the responsibility that goes with it lightly and he instilled that in her. Perry left all that out. Her grandpa, her family’s position there in Roswell, how she grew up and what she did for a living all her life until he ruined all that and she started dancing which has been a very short period of time in her life and look what she did with that. She caught him. She caught all the crap about him he hid all his life. She defends cops when then need defending and she scolds them when they need scolding and she does it carefully and graciously. She took 6 years to really say much at all about who gave her police report over to them. Lotta people would have wanted about that a lot louder and a lot sooner and she didn’t. She held back really into the result was Lucky and Mike. Now you got cops hurt so she blames that guy for contributing to that and rightly so. Rightly so. You got the loss of life and the loss of a future and more than what happened to her she’s upset about that. Hurt cops. So you need to understand where she is coming from. It’s about hurting people and her Granddad instilled in her a very strong sense of an obligation to make people’s lives better and you can tell and she’s done without things most people can’t imagine to make that happen. She’s not ranting near so much about what they did to her as what they did to Lucky and Mike and they have made her pay for it and she’s not backing off. She has a point. She’s made good points and Perry wants like it doesn’t matter abd it does. It matters to a lot of people. She’s distraught over Lucky and Mike. Their families are hurting still. No one has brought out what she has and these are just the facts. It’s not her opinion. It’s facts. So shes not letting it go and they have run her through the ringer. She’s so determined to see their pain be relieved that she herself has gone through some pretty horrible things and for Charles Perry to expect anything from her or anyone else at this point after he’s done all this to people is ludicrous. I think that’s part of why she’s so mad. Why in the world would he do that and then to add salt to the wound demand she lie or go homeless. It doesn’t get any lower than that. So you gotta keep that in mind. This guy is the lowest of low. She’s had him force himself into her life and in a way that has been an absolute nightmare. He’s not fun guy. He’s a trouble maker. So you gotta deal with that all day and the loss of life you understand where she’s coming from. “

Cynthia is the victim of stalking, coercion, witness tampering, voyeurism, harassment, unwanted contact from a weirdo, sexual Exploitation and attempted murder. She moved to Oklahoma to get away from that threat. Charles Perry has come to Oklahoma, to stalk, harass, hack, peep, impose, burden Coerce and has demanded she leave her home and go back to Texas and lie for him. He’s given her an ultimatum: Be homeless and broke or lie for me. He’s doing exactly what she says. He’s every bit the criminal she alleged and continues to prove her out more by the day. His mental status in in question as he seems unclear on that fact. He’s hated for his cruelty making it very easy to get information about his alleged crimes and seems to have no idea. Mr. Perry acts as if he has no clue that his conduct disturbs everyone, he’s hated, he’s told on, he’s rejected or what that means. So, in light of that the chatter is regarding what might be wrong with him that he seems not to know that. At his age, he should. The need to repeat things for him is also a topic of discussion in chatter as to what might be wrong with Perry’s mental status that everything has to be repeated so much.

On the podcast Cynthia makes a comment that she’s not being stalked by local police then says she’s being followed everywhere by police. That’s somewhat of an exaggeration for humor purposes. To clarify, it’s common knowledge that Perry calls locals and asks them to pull her over and several have said they don’t like being asked to do that and she goes over more in her podcast. She doesn’t consider that police stalking her. It happens more than it should but it’s not like daily, weekly or even monthly. It’s on occasion more so when Perry starts escalating or getting desperate. The evidence has built up over time and is chapter and versed at links below. Perry wasn’t getting caught until he went at Cynthia. Perry Acts In Conspiracy With LandLord To Violate International Law, Interfere With Contracts And Commerce With Intent To Harass and Coerce

“She had a landlord in Lubbock that refused payment just to kick her out, no wild parties or damage to the property or anything like that that would cause a landlord to refuse payment. She is then in Oklahoma, threatened with death and false arrest for months, after she tried to get a protective order, and those type of threats are very serious, some texted and give rise to the need for a Protective order against Mr. Perry, she then filed a police report which is she forgot the first time she sought a protective order, gets denied in part for that, he somehow gets the police report, TPD did something wrong there in giving that to him, he then has her charged in Lubbock fir filing a false police report in retaliation for his job as a senator in Texas but the Judge required no evidence for probable cause. There was no collection of her evidence. She had texts, she has a video from the surveillance at her work showing some type of escalation with Mr. Roberson who appears to have been stalking and threatening Cynthia on behalf of Perry and that’s clear in these texts he sent her, she’s left Lubbock and been domiciled, had a lease, utilities, a job and her son’s is in school in Oklahoma, Sapulpa, then there is a situation in which she’s been in political consulting of some sort all her life, had developed relationships with ejected officials and worked Federal issues not anything in Texas, she helps Perry get elected so there is nothing about his job to retaliate. You got nothing to show probable cause for a false report or that it would be done for political pay back. There were no issues there that she was upset about and you got a whole lot of communications about stalking. So then he does that, she again lost her home. She sat in jail for 2 months, they admit in texts to giving her arsenic and phenobarbital. She’s not tested. There was no collection, no “bag and tag” as put it, and no log in of evidence and no review if the surveillance with a Tulsa Police Officer because he obstructed justice and basically was carrying out those threats made in months leading up to that escalation. Then she’s again kicked out of her home in Sapulpa. She’s told the landlord Perry had illegal surveillance in her home and no rent is behind. But again you have a situation in which she’s confronted a landlord about Perry going creepy and she’s kicked out like it was her fault. She’s then living from hotel to hotel to hide and he finds out she’s in Mannford. She begins having problems with her car. Lot of mechanical issues and tail lights being taken out, oil is drained from the vehicle she says and a radiator hose punctured so then that is line with this police recording if August 2019. She’s then driving down the highway on her way to work and he had someone throw a brick at her which, she says, could have hit her in the head, but I stead bounces off the pavement and hits the undercarriage of her car and totaled it. She gets a new car and again there is some vandalism which leads to a call to police. 6 days later the Chief is murdered and one of the responding officers accused and there is no evidence he could have committed that murder. It is unknown at this time how on earth a jury found him guilty looking at Chief Miller and looking at the accused. Cynthia knew that he’d been drugged before the information was obtained in depositions she says police helping her investigating Perry on another matter, voyeurism and sexual Exploitation and that case may actually be an international case due to the web and the Exploitation internationally would certainly give rise to international law having to be applied which is a very interesting complication. What happened next is nothing short of appalling in that she is deposed and not asked how she knew beforehand that this officer was drugged. Never asked. Also not asked about illegal communications conducted on the internet by way of Facebook in which it appears Mr. Perry is inquiring as to what all she knows and he’s attempting to anticipate what she might say in court. She was not allowed in court, she’s then again almost kicked out of her home. She’s got a situation in which he’s interfered with her business and ability to earn an income and caused her to get behind on a payment however she money coming in a few days later from a loan for school and they attempted still. You also had CoVid and the evidence is clear that her landlord and Perry were in communication with each other as police obtained a recording of Perry discussing getting her kicked out for smoking and a few days later a call from the landlord on that very thing. I’m going to point out first what she calls the McNamara email dated 10/29/15, the arrest of 1/29/16 which in fact that was retaliation for her report of 1/21/16, no TPD interview or collecting of her evidence in fact there was not even a call back until you have this voice mail of 2/15/16. Why did that call take so long? Were they that backed up they couldn’t call before that? We don’t know. Her blood test or hair analysis were not resolved or collected or reviewed or indicated nor was the video and both were lost. She maintained integrity of texts. Not them not Texas Ranger Burson nor the Prosecutor Matthew Powell nor TPD had seen any of those texts and in my opinion those texts make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end. They did mine. It is blatant and bold death threat immediately follow this woman’s attempt to get a protective order. Now again Mr. Perry has taken this woman’s money and she lost electricity for a week and had no food in retaliation for her testimony for this Mannford officer who appears to be illegally incarcerated. We have clear evidence again Mr. Perry twice has gotten her kicked out of her home or where she was staying. These are concerning as she had the right to privacy and these landlords violated maybe international law in doing what they have done. After the murder of Chief Miller she’s confronting the landlord about the cameras in her room, had gone so far as to purchase sheets to cover everywhere a camera might be or be moved to, she said, then again he refuses payment. “She had a landlord in Lubbock that refused payment just to kick her out, no wild parties or damage to the property or anything like that that would cause a landlord to refuse payment. She is then in Oklahoma, threatened with death and false arrest for months, after she tried to get a protective order, and those type of threats are very serious, some texted and give rise to the need for a Protective order against Mr. Perry, she then filed a police report which is she forgot the first time she sought a protective order, gets denied in part for that, he somehow gets the police report, TPD did something wrong there in giving that to him, he then has her charged in Lubbock fir filing a false police report in retaliation for his job as a senator in Texas but the Judge required no evidence for probable cause. There was no collection of her evidence. She had texts, she has a video from the surveillance at her work showing some type of escalation with Mr. Roberson who appears to have been stalking and threatening Cynthia on behalf of Perry and that’s clear in these texts he sent her, she’s left Lubbock and been domiciled, had a lease, utilities, a job and her son’s is in school in Oklahoma, Sapulpa, then there is a situation in which she’s been in political consulting of some sort all her life, had developed relationships with ejected officials and worked Federal issues not anything in Texas, she helps Perry get elected so there is nothing about his job to retaliate. You got nothing to show probable cause for a false report or that it would be done for political pay back. There were no issues there that she was upset about and you got a whole lot of communications about stalking. So then he does that, she again lost her home. She sat in jail for 2 months, they admit in texts to giving her arsenic and phenobarbital. She’s not tested. There was no collection, no “bag and tag” as put it, and no log in of evidence and no review if the surveillance with a Tulsa Police Officer because he obstructed justice and basically was carrying out those threats made in months leading up to that escalation. Then she’s again kicked out of her home in Sapulpa. She’s told the landlord Perry had illegal surveillance in her home and no rent is behind. But again you have a situation in which she’s confronted a landlord about Perry going creepy and she’s kicked out like it was her fault. She’s then living from hotel to hotel to hide and he finds out she’s in Mannford. She begins having problems with her car. Lot of mechanical issues and tail lights being taken out, oil is drained from the vehicle she says and a radiator hose punctured so then that is line with this police recording if August 2019. She’s then driving down the highway on her way to work and he had someone throw a brick at her which, she says, could have hit her in the head, but I stead bounces off the pavement and hits the undercarriage of her car and totaled it. She gets a new car and again there is some vandalism which leads to a call to police. 6 days later the Chief is murdered and one of the responding officers accused and there is no evidence he could have committed that murder. It is unknown at this time how on earth a jury found him guilty looking at Chief Miller and looking at the accused. Cynthia knew that he’d been drugged before the information was obtained in depositions she says police helping her investigating Perry on another matter, voyeurism and sexual Exploitation and that case may actually be an international case due to the web and the Exploitation internationally would certainly give rise to international law having to be applied which is a very interesting complication. What happened next is nothing short of appalling in that she is deposed and not asked how she knew beforehand that this officer was drugged. Never asked. Also not asked about illegal communications conducted on the internet by way of Facebook in which it appears Mr. Perry is inquiring as to what all she knows and he’s attempting to anticipate what she might say in court. She was not allowed in court, she’s then again almost kicked out of her home. She’s got a situation in which he’s interfered with her business and ability to earn an income and caused her to get behind on a payment however she money coming in a few days later from a loan for school and they attempted still. You also had CoVid and the evidence is clear that her landlord and Perry were in communication with each other as police obtained a recording of Perry discussing getting her kicked out for smoking and a few days later a call from the landlord on that very thing. I’m going to point out first what she calls the McNamara email dated 10/29/15, the arrest of 1/29/16 which in fact that was retaliation for her report of 1/21/16, no TPD interview or collecting of her evidence in fact there was not even a call back until you have this voice mail of 2/15/16. Why did that call take so long? Were they that backed up they couldn’t call before that? We don’t know. Her blood test or hair analysis were not resolved or collected or reviewed or indicated nor was the video and both were lost. She maintained integrity of texts. Not them not Texas Ranger Burson nor the Prosecutor Matthew Powell nor TPD had seen any of those texts and in my opinion those texts make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end. They did mine. It is blatant and bold death threat immediately follow this woman’s attempt to get a protective order. Now again Mr. Perry has taken this woman’s money and she lost electricity for a week and had no food in retaliation for her testimony for this Mannford officer who appears to be illegally incarcerated. We have clear evidence again Mr. Perry twice has gotten her kicked out of her home or where she was staying. These are concerning as she had the right to privacy and these landlords violated maybe international law in doing what they have done. After the murder of Chief Miller she’s confronting the landlord about the cameras in her room, had gone so far as to purchase sheets to cover everywhere a camera might be or be moved to, she said, then again he refuses payment. Perry And Powell Make Knowingly False Statements About False Arrest

“My guy tells me “Powell is telling people that your arrest was not false. You need to inform him we have a different legal take on that and he is to cease and desist making false statements.

1) You we’re being threatened with false arrest for months which is what the McNamara email said. He intended to coerce. He told people. That disturbed them. It was reported. We got it and gave it to you.

2) You reported an incident of escalation that was so bad your customers complained. You ignored and blew off the 100 things he did before that night. You could have died. You sucked it up and ignored him just like Russell said you should do. The report was filed on January 21, 2016. The report stated you had texts and video evidence and you with held the blood because we were all worried Perry would find out and do exactly what he did. On January 29, 2016 you were arrested for “filing a false police report in retaliation for a public servant doing his job as a Senator. “

3) Because they violated Title 18 USC section 1512 and 1513, by physical force, prevented and delayed the reporting if the crime against you, you never spoke to a detective so that a determination could be made on the report being true or false and there was no evidence it had a thing at all to do with his job as a public servant and as such they held you against your will causing the loss of your evidence, both blood and hair required to rule out or confirm arsenic poisoning and the video. The report had to be filed and a determination made based on evidentiary findings so you could seek a protective order if in fact the evidence showed Perry attempted murder or engaged in stalking by proxy or committed assault with a deadly weapon or aggravated, whatever it is in Oklahoma. That was not your place. It is the place of police however Powell assisted in obstructing justice so there was no investigation nor did he collect and preserve the evidence himself which indicates, as we have all said, he never intended to go to trial and the illegal detention was intended to obstruct justice and destroy your evidence. Why else would he not collect it abd preserve it?

4) They knew the law required you to file the report because your first protective order was denied as a result of your failure to bring the police report to court.

5) Again we have nothing to support Perry’s assertion that the report had anything to do with his job as a public servant because he imagined that.

6) Charges we’re dismissed in your favor by Powell himself.

For Powell to make such a claim speaks to the corruption and flagrant disregard for the law and fact that we are dealing with . They have obstructed and impeded thorough police investigations that would give a complete abd final determination based on evidence and material facts now 3 times. We are dealing with it in our case.

So Powell needs to be asked to cease and desist making false statements and to address the facts as they are, not as they appear in someone’s imaginary make believe world. “

These were her communications with friends going back to 2011, 5 years before the arrest, long before Cynthia could have anticipated Perry would go into Court and lie about being the victim of a political vendetta. We aren’t sure if he lied or imagined one. These communications are about stalking, not political issues. When she tells his campaign guy that she didn’t hurt Perry, she was referring to a conversation she had asking them to make him stop stalking so there wouldn’t be a scandal. She didn’t go to media. The more Perry contacts Cynthia in any form at all or her family and friends, the more he invades her privacy, the more problems, hardship abd loss he causes, the easier it is to get this information like what Powell stated improperly and what is contained in The McNamara email and so many others that represent a recording obtained by police and played for Cynthia. The intent of that is to establish malicious intent and aforethought to commit a crime against her in Oklahoma where she has now lived longer than she lived in Lubbock. He provokes by continuing to make unwanted contact, cause profound catastrophic loss, hardship and drama. It gets easier by the day to get information like the McNamara Email BEFORE he has a chance to do her harm. If he does it even after being caught planning a crime, we do have then the intent and  premeditation covered. Mr Powell was way out of line in his comments. That’s not unusual.

Any form of any contact with Cynthia or her family is legally prohibited, Mr Perry and Mr Powell. You are far outside the law. You are to stop. If you refuse please be advised that there will be very serious legal consequences.
