Evidence In Support Of Cynthia’s Claims That Defendant Perry’s Claims of A Political Vendetta Are A Figment Of His Delusion

This supports Cynthia’s claim of being active in politics long before having met Perry, one guy cannot do anything at all legislatively as you’ll hear Me Moore state, Judges are careless with fact and people’s lives and futures and we do have reason to believe Defendant Perry negatively influenced these two judges. We have reason to believe Defendant Perry contacted these judges illegally and pressured them to take Cyndi’s son. Defendants Perry and Powell Still Want To Take Cynthia’s Car To Retaliate

Police investigating Perry on another matter continue to obtain recorded conversations of Defendants Perry and Powell trying to take Cynthia’s car with intent to shut down lawsuits. Cynthia said “He’s trying to take my car. He’s trying to take my car He’s trying to take my car. He’s trying to kill me. He’s trying to kill me. He’s trying to find a way to kill me and arrange another false arrest in a way that it’s not linked to him. He’s trying to find a way to kill me and arrange another false arrest in a way that it’s not linked to him. He’s messing with my money. He’s messing with my money. Over and over and over I have repeated the same threats these fruitcake criminals cannot stop themselves from.doing the same way they did the first attempt on my life and false arrest. How many different ways do I need to say continuing to assault me out of court does nothing but build a criminal case against them a d it is pissing off the rest of the world that is normal and sick and tired of the corruption for them to get it?”

When conduct is outrageous in a civilized society and intended to cause a harm a d constitutes a crime that means something different. Depravity of mind is not that hard to spot and it’s repulsive.

Months before Cynthia’s false arrest for which she is now suing she did the same. She told people and told people and told people Charles Perry is trying to arrange a false arrest. He did and is now being sued. To retaliate he has tried again to kill Cynthia, to arrange a second false arrest, to get her fired, to interfere with her income, to get into her bank accounts and take her car. If he does it again we can say “Well, but we told ya he was threatening these specific acts of injury to retaliate for being sued.” Defendants Perry and Powell are arrogant and up on a high horse thinking they are entitled to a lie. They think they should be able to commit a crime and get away with it a d the rest of the world owes them their cover up and nothing is more crazy or delusional than that thought right there. These men are blatantly corrupt and morally repugnant. It has led to a great deal of animosity against them leading the police to say they have had a very easy time getting actionable information because the public wants them stopped. No normal person could bring themselves to act so offensively as these men act every day all day. Cynthia rejected Defendant Perry’s romantic advances years ago, ended her career and moved twice to get away from him a d to avoid all conflict. His poor me I am a victim drama queen act has gone on about long enough. It’s time for him to act like a man get over it and move on. Cynthia has been around far more powerful interesting people all her life than Defendant Perry will ever be and one thing is certain: none of them have to stoop to this kind of ugly to force themselves on a woman who does not like them.

Defendant Charles Perry After Cynthia’s Car Again Seeking To Impede Civil Proceedings

Dendant Perry was recorded again asking someone in Oklahoma, making this a relevant business contact “Why don’t you go out there where she works and get a lap dance from Cyndi and see if you can find out the mileage on her car and the condition. I have got to get that car away from her so she can’t appeal. We cannot let her appeal. ”

This one of many such conversations asking someone to tamper with the mechanics of Cynthia’s car, damage it or take it over the past few months and he even sought assistance in taking her driver’s license. She did have a series of engine problems, such as a hole in her radiator hose that appeared to have been made with a pocket knife, a tail light taken out, also info passed on to her by law enforcement enabling her to fix it before going work, followed by an odd accident on the freeway when a brick came off or was thrown off a truck in front of her, hit the road bounced up under her car hitting the trans and cracking it. It totaled her car. He is now after her new car. He was recorded again by law enforcement investigating him on another matter and they passed that on to her and other people involved in that investigation. Perry was also recorded stating “Its not legit but I will have her car towed old sold before she figures that out.” If he carries out this premeditated threat, this posting establishes premeditation and intent to cause injury to Cynthia in Oklahoma, has a relevant contact within the state and is one of many such stalking related incidents he has conducted in Oklahoma, not Texas. This is intended to impede civil proceedings and does tell officers they have been effective as has Cynthia or he would not be so scared he has to stoop to criminal conduct like this. This conduct meets the criteria of “harassment” as defined by Oklahoma Statute described in Curry v Streater decided by the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

The Bazaar thing about Defendant Perry, or one of many is he will make these types of calls, get recorded, that info get passed on to Cynthia by law enforcement and he will do it anyway or try some other type of harm, same thing happens where he gets caught, so he come back to this one in a week or two. He has been after her car for months and may have had something to do with that brick accident. Very fishy on the timing of that for sure. That brick could have hit her in the head as easily as it hit her trans cracking it. That could have been her head. We don’t know that this was not attempted murder number two. Perry has been recorded twice discussing ways to kill Cynthia and arrange a second false arrest without it being linked to him. It’s all linked to him. Carrying out his threats only substantiates Cynthia’s claims and confirms it is him on the recording. We don’t know that this accident was not his on purpose attempt again to kill Cynthia and it not be linked to him. Unless Defendant Perry has illegal peeper cameras in her home and a GPS tracker on her car even now already, against her will, he would not know when she is getting ready for work or to leave her home to go anywhere in order to pull off hiring a guy to throw a brick of his truck directly in front of her. What if the arsenic had worked or that brick hit her in the head? Then what? How many times has he done this and until now gotten away with it?

Defendant Perry has been a huge troublemaker in Oklahoma imposing and burdening people there with his problems and drama and it is unwanted and creating a great deal of animosity against him. His family does not want him in Cynthia’s life any more than she does so what is his problem that I unable to control himself, get a grip on reality and stop ignoring the rights and wishes of Cynthia, her family and his? His behavior has led more than one mental health professional to label him as sadistic, antisocial, depraved, demented, disturbed, psychopathic, sociopathic and just all around weirdo and asshole. One in fact stated she had hoped due to his public figure status, he would attempt to prove her assessment wrong. She stated to her surprise he has made no effort at all to prove her assessment wrong which indicated to her his mental problems are very very severe and he is simply not able to control them. Erotomania is a mental disease in which a man believes there is a relationship with the object of his obsession and it’s imaginary and not real to the victim. There is no relationship. It’s simply a figment of his delusions. When Cynthia met Defendant Perry he was not elected to anything at all and sought her support to help him win a seat in state assembly. He was a nobody boring accountant in a small town. Cynthia had just moved from Las Vegas, NV, had been in politics most of her adult life and had worked in Federal government reform for a decade before they even met. She knew all kinds of wealthy powerful people. There was no reason for her to be impressed with Charles Perry. She had to end her career and move twice to get away from Charles Perry and when seeking a Protective Order against him, in following the requirements of Oklahoma law in filing a police report, just a week later before she had a chance to talk to a detective and give evidence of Defendant Perry’s crimes to Tulsa Police he had her charged with filing a false report in Lubbock and arrested thus, obstructing justice, retaliating against her for reporting his crime, impeded a police investigation into a criminal complaint against him, destroyed forensic evidence and video evidence, by physical force prevented and delayed her report to Tulsa Police and interfered with the chain of custody of the evidence against him. She has sought ten Protective Orders/Injunctive Orders and each time one is denied he does another criminal act causing injury, continues to threaten and harass her and causing prosecutors on other cases to suspect judicial impropriety. None of that is indcative of a relationship where both people are in it. That is indicative of a delusional sadistic man forcing himself on a woman who is creeped out by him. This man acts like an sick individual who enjoys making trouble, not one who cares about people. People are simply objects he uses to get off or to get a sick high harming. If he cared about people, he would respect that Cynthia does not like him and her request that he leave her alone and he would stop all his criminal attack thinking that is love. That is not what love looks like. It is not even close. It is what antisocial disorder and sadism look like. Cynthia is just creeped out by Defendant Charles Perry and whatever delusional relationship he has created in his head does not exist to her at all. He is all alone in that. Imposing that on her, her family, his family is disgusting. Killing her, taking everything she owns, trying to throw her in jail because she does not like him is very sick thing to do and part of what is causing growing animosity towards him. Normal people are not comfortable being asked to break the law and hurt her for him. Normal people know that’s not how you get a date or treat other people including his own family. It’s created quite a sour taste in everyone’s mouth. Forcing yourself on people that don’t like you or what you are doing is inappropriate, illegal and immoral and you would think his behaviour would embarrass him enough to where he would stop. He acts like he has no idea he should be. That would only occur in someone very very mentally deranged.

Defendant Perry Continues To Commit Acts Of Coercion Against Cynthia Ortiz In Oklahoma

Officers investigating Charles Perry on another matter comment on the lack of rationale being used in his cover up. They stated “Charles cannot call all over inquiring where Cynthia received training to run a sting op like she does one minute then do things to her, attempting to be sneaky about it, and expect her not to figure it out. He cannot treat her like she was born yesterday one minute then ask where she was trained to sting op the next and then expect to be taken seriously. He also cannot claim he is not sending proxy stalkers to harass her at work or set up some type of entrapment scenario or ask her personal questions to get information he uses to hurt her then claim under oath he is not doing that and has no relevant business contacts in Oklahoma that are causing injury. He is being sued for tortious interference, grand larceny, conversion and intentional infliction of emotional distress for doing that very thing. He cannot commit a crime against Cynthia or plan to, get caught, then start asking about who told on him, then claim he is not committing a crime against Cynthia and this is all he’s done now for years and frankly the only thing he has accomplished is building one big corruption case and he creeps Cynthia out. His continued acts of coercion attempting to force her or intimidate her or bribe her into dropping her law suits are the reason she filed them to begin with. She told him to cease all contact and that includes requests that she drop her law suits or intimidation tactics, interference with her income or ability to fight him off of her in court. He is simply giving her new causes of action and showing consciousness of guilt. A cover up is an act showing consciousness of guilt and he has not covered up anything at all in fact for the first time in his life, he has greatly assisted in helping to build a public record of his criminal conduct and that would include improper contact with some judges involved in all of this. He is not aware of which judges are informants and which ones are not. He just keeps asking who told and yet continues to give us things to tell. There is no logic in what this guy does. Causing injury to Cynthia, and specific injury, which she’s been warned about prior to the event, an event which constitutes by law, a criminal act, and establishes for the record that the specific act is premeditated, then he commits the act he cannot then claim she is delusional and you would think he would put that together in his head. He never does. It’s been awhile since we’ve had one this delusional, this weird, and this stupid. That is the reason he is in the jam he is in and attempting to coerce Cynthia into dropping her suits which frankly lets us know we are on the right track. He has created a tremendous amount of animosity towards him in the way he has sadistically attacked Cynthia and that has helped us get information so much easier than we ever expected. Nobody likes a bully. Normal people want Cynthia to be happy and not have to be burdened with Charles Perry’s drama. They want her to be with the man she wants, working wherever she wants to work, making the money she wants to make, her family close again, her friends close again, her privacy back and Perry and his mess gone. No normal person wants to hurt another. Charles Perry is not normal in fact our shrink describes a deeply depraved sick individual in her analysis after thorough review of Cynthia’s case. She has stated ‘You would think Charles Perry in his position would at least try to prove me wrong. He has not and in fact he has become worse over time. He has not even tried to prove he isn’t severely delusional, sadistic, antisocial, psychotic, sociopathic and that tells me he is more mentally ill than we even knew. He can’t. He is not able to prove me wrong even for a little while. Most sociopaths learn to feign compassion and learn behavior skills to save face. He does not. He does not even try. That means he is not able. He can’t. That is what scares me for Cynthia. ‘ We are watching out for her as we have been all along while we finish up what we are doing. Perry is a menace and deeply disturbed criminal and there needs to be justice for his victims, not just Cynthia. We have allowed some room for locals but that cannot go on for long. Perry needs to be stopped. We are not going to tolerate the vicious attack of women and children and frankly it’s a disappointment and a black eye for all law enforcement for any law enforcement to allow such things in a civilized society. ”

All he had to do is leave Cynthia alone as she has asked for over half a decade. Cynthia is creeped out by Charles Perry, not in love with him. Whatever imaginary affair he created in his mind exists only in his mind. It certainly does not exist to her at all. He makes her skin crawl. No contact means no contact and the more he demands she drop her law suits the more she has need for them. Any person of average intelligence could figure that out and control themselves to stop.

The question is not who the confidential informants are. If you have to ask that question, you pretty much just confessed to committing the crime informed. The question is why are you committing the crime to begin with? Setting expectations based on some sick fantasy then being disappointed when those expectations are never what you hoped for speaks to and establishes the fact that individual is not operating on a full load and is stuck in some deep delusion world and is not able to get a grip on reality. You don’t need to cover up the cover ups when you operate from a normal intelligent mind and have nothing to hide. You don’t need to bully, intimidate, coerce, impede, obstruct and all the racketeering type activities one does to cover up criminal conduct. Prosecutors have reviewed Cynthia’s civil cases and more than one came to the conclusion there is ample evidence of improper judicial contacts again, not needed if there is no crime. Cover ups produce evidence of a cover up and these officers investigating Defendant Perry and Cynthia have been very successful in bringing out his criminal conduct for the first time in his life which would not have occurred had he acted like a normal man, respected her wishes and left her alone. He seems not to be capable of putting that together in his head like any other individual can of average intelligence. So what’s wrong with his mind that he is not able to apply just common sense logic? People want Cynthia to be happy and not burdened by Perry’s unwanted criminal attack and his drama and mental problems all day every day. There is great deal of animosity against these men for failure to comply with the law. That is the reason they have leaks and yet while asking who it is leaking, they continue doing all the same things that have them so jammed up they need to coerce and intimidate. It is insane to do that. It is insane. No normal person acts like that and expects things to work out like they want but for delusion. Nobody knew Perry had a creeper problem six years ago and he has had a creeper problem and worse all his life. If he were not scared to death of these officers and Cynthia and what incriminating evidence they may have he would not behave corruptly, threaten her, intimidate her, invade her privacy, retaliate and all the things criminals do when they are caught. All he had to do is leave her alone. Big powerful guys are too busy doing big powerful guy things to have time to pervert around on women that don’t like them. So what is Perry’s problem that he can’t? The shrink is right. He seems to prove that true more by the day and is not capable of stopping on his own. He can’t do it. He has no power or control.

You cannot say under oath in court “I have no contacts in Oklahoma, then ask “Who told on me? Your family? Your co workers? ” Which Defendant Perry has done repeatedly. It simply gives rise to the question “Why would Cynthia’s family or co workers know anything to tell because you just testified under oath in court that you are not contacting them? ” Defendant Perry is forcing himself on a woman that cannot stand him. Erotomania seems to consume him. He is imposing his nutty all over her, people in her life and frankly his own family too. His family does not want him in Cynthia’s life any more than she does. Pretty self absorbed and not respectable in any way at all. Those suffering with antisocial disorder, meaning they are socially inept, ignore the rights and wishes of other people and as the shrink said, Defendant Perry has made no effort at all to prove he is not suffering from erotomania, antisocial disorder and sadism. He has not even tried and in fact has done everything for nearly a decade to establish he does suffer from these very disturbing mental illnesses. Cynthia rejected him. She does not feel love for Charles Perry and she has made that very clear and we’re he normal he would have respected her wishes and left her alone and moved on and would not then be in the jam he is in leading to corrupt acts that constitute racketeering. It is what it is.

Perry has threatened Cynthia’s life, safety, well being, to take her car, force her back to Texas so he can control her, again all acts of coercion, unwanted contact and just more freaky Jason stuff he has been doing all his life. He just got caught on this one.
