Her communications to friends were about stalking, not politics therefore our Shrink believes he, Mr. Powell and Mr. Burson are not able to identify Perry’s Legislative Duties, which state he legislates in or metaphors, analogies and sarcasm.  Their actions indicate they are simply unable to identify those simple facts. By law you must file a police report to get a stalking protective order, see Marler v Kloehr, and there must be a hearing within 14 days of the initial petition. The request was made in the CJ-2018-02775 case and no hearing was held. Also in a 12-1031, Motion To Vacate on Fraud, a hearing is required, see Patel v OMH, and again no hearing. A hearing should have been held in Officer Nealey’s trial to determine standing on the Motions to Intervene and again, no hearing. This is Perry’s habit and it is being used to build the criminal case against him. This man is so delusional that he asks who told on him but denies there being a case against him. There is a disconnect in his head because if you have to ask who told and deny there is someone to tell, you have no grasp on reality and the disconnect occurs when you ask ‘who told?’ and never connect why that is, who are they telling, and what all that means.   Since the McNamara Email of 2015, Cynthia has documented Perry’s threats of death, false arrest and economic loss. Perry did the same in Officer Mike Nealey’s murder trial. She was deposed but not allowed to testify. She then filed 2 Motions to Intervene. There should have been a hearing to determine standing. Oddly again we have another court proceeding where is a legally required hearing and no hearing happened.  That again is concealment of Material facts, intentionally, that would likely change the outcome of the deciding body had the fact not been concealed.  Perry thinks that’s a “win”. We will use it in his criminal case. It’s simply more crime. 

Again this is a repeat, the more Charles Perry invades Cynthia’s privacy, contacts her or her family, causes hardship and loss, the easier it is to get information ahead of time when he’s planning a harm, injury, loss or crime against her. He’s upsetting all the wrong people when he does that. He seems to not be able to put it together in his head that there is a cause and effect here. You touch a hot stove, you burn your hand. Cause and effect. You harm and pose a threat to Cynthia or bother her or victimize her, you piss off all the wrong people and you get caught because you are upsetting everyone. Nobody likes to watch one person hurt another. All he was asked to do is leave her alone. Our guys would have nothing to do if he’d get out of her life and leave her alone. His hand is practically falling off his arm and he goes right back at the stove when he gets burned. We don’t know what it is he thinks he’s proving doing that. Doesn’t even make sense. He does it every day. His own guy said, “The more he pesters her, and takes her money, things don’t go well for us. We are seeing things happen we have not seen before. We dont know who these guys are. ” He gets caught because he’s upsetting everyone.

Cynthia was in charge of Mr Rives media relations. This received international coverage. Charles Perry has no such claim to fame. Certainly in 2010 he was the new guy. Nobody knew who he was or anything about him beyond Southcrest church but certainly in political circles nobody knew anything about Charles Perry. He no relationships built in those circles. He had no credibility and in fact Cynthia, who’d been in politics all her life because her Granddad was an elected official and a Police Chief followed by her own work in government reform, got many a call from citizens asking if she recommended Perry for office. He used her to get her elected. He then began stalking her and when she asked his campaign people to put a stop to his public acting out, romantic advances and jealous fits, the threatened to ruin her business after using her to get into office. She moved twice. Then she went to media. Not before she attempted for four years to resolve the problem discreetly but after four years of trying were not effective and after she was long gone from  Texas.

That’s part of her work product. There is more that right now cannot be divulged but will when that’s not going to compromise Perry’s criminal problems.

Our guys get a call two years ago from their Lubbock contact who informs them “This guy went through all of Cynthia’s law suits with his personal attorney. His take away was the Charles Perry cannot properly manage his relationships with women. I cannot believe he did this to her. Powell went all over town telling everyone who would listen that her arrest was the work mistake if his career. He said they were all angry about it because they knew her to be an upstanding individual that they looked forward working with to help recruit good candidates to all positions and help get these people elected and to their dismay Perry first ran her off, then smeared her and now is trying to do it all over again. He said ‘We all thought for sure especially after talking to Matt Powell they were going to make it right with her in that first one so imagine how upset I was to find out not only were they making sure it wasn’t made right with her but that they are trying to do it again. My attorney walked me through her cases in civil court and explained what should have happened versus what did happen and I’ll tell you what. I was upset in a way I’ve not been upset in a very long time. Those two have no business being in any leadership position at all treating her like they did. We thought we finally had a go to guy in helping us get selected folks who hold our views into office and of course we all thought Charles Perry was a part of that. It’s very disconcerting to find he’s got personal problems that go well beyond where they should and the guy not be in jail. Both of them have deeply disappointed me. They won’t have my support again nor anyone I know. Not for anything. I was very upset at what they’ve have done to Cyndi and are still trying to do to her and it’s not something that I can understand. It’s very very disconcerting. ‘ so this guy was extra thorough before he said a word. He wanted to make sure he absolutely had the facts right before coming out with a statement or an opinion on it. He paid his personal attorney to explain each law suit and what should have happened on each one versus what did happen and said the corruption upset him greatly. “

And then made the comment that Charles Perry is unable to properly manage relationships with women. That person has been told they are not allowed to divulge who they are, who their attorney is that reviewed everything to anyone but individuals approved of first. Those individuals have been told the same. The guy basically went to his attorney and said “This is a he said she said, I think. But I’m not sure. I want you to look at her lawsuits and tell me what you think. The attorney did. The guy came back with “So bottom line is she’s telling the truth and Charles Perry is unable to properly manage his relationships with women. ” It’s at least that bad. Boundaries are in place for a reason as are laws intended to protect us from injury caused by guys just like Charles Perry.

Now if one has the same 24 hours in a day we all have which he can decide to sit around being a sadistic pervert making problems and then trying to cover all that trouble making up, then trying to find out who told, or get to work on legit things and leave everyone else alone, maybe make a good name for themselves and not need a lie at all. But you cant do both.  One of Perry’s partners was recorded stating “These girls think we are all a bunch of old fart sex perverts. We are businessmen. ” Are you? Is that how you see yourselves? That’s not how everyone else sees you and that especially be the police that recorded you saying that.

A 2 year old can sit around watching other people all day. Walmart Greeters watch people all day and for them it’s not a crime. A 2 year old understands and responds better to “NO!” and “STOP!!” Than these “old fart perverts” as they put it. So if they have the skill set of all of a 2 year old or a Walmart Greeter, how is that “businessmen?” Perry is an accountant and cannot even do Math. You’d think he could add up the number of times he was caught in alleged crime before he met Cynthia, who’s Granddaddy was a Police Chief and Great Granddad was the Captain of Detectives and subtract that number from the number of times he has been caught after and properly infer from those numbers that he’s fucked with the wrong people on this one.

He’ll control it and she won’t go anywhere he doesn’t approve of. He’s a control freak. He would probably put some sort of shut off thing in it so she can’t go anywhere unless he allowed it. It goes right back to that McNamara email. That thing is a no shit deal. He’s trying as hard as he can to do everything she says he is in that email even still to this day. He never stops. The car itself is nothing. Its that its her’s. They got all upset when she traded in her other one because they wanted her last car and she about had that paid off so it would have been free and clear, they could take it from her and make her do what they wanted but she went in and traded it in and that pissed them all off. He’s doing exactly what she says he’s doing. “

“Now they are running into some trouble because “X and x” and everyone on the planet saw her email to the Florida States Attorney in March where she’s telling him she knew Mike was drugged and not tested, certainly before being given Narcan, so that’s a Brady violation and he didn’t respond. He gave her no response at all and they said what should have happened is that that guy should have immediatley followed up with her to ask her how she knew and find out if she knew what he was drugged with, who gave him the drug and all that and they didn’t do that. Now, they are saying they may have to let her testify to overcome the appearance that they are framing Mike. She’s made such a big deal about them trying to prevent her testimony, they may have to put her on the stand to overcome that so I don’t know. They have some problems here they may not be able to overcome. They kept messing with her and making it worse and had they just left her alone, they wouldn’t be in this mess. She told them. I don’t know. They don’t listen. She said if you don’t stop its going to get worse. These cops, whoever they are, are not leaving until you are in jail or you leave on your own and I dont’ think she meant they will just leave. They won’t do that but there won’t be so much to get, is kinda what she said. So now everyone has seen that email from March of last year and they didn’t start taking depositions until May and none of that was on the docket for public view until June so now there all these questions as to why Meyer’s didn’t follow up with her, didn’t ask more questions even when he did all those months later in October, and didn’t tell Gene Mitchell. Cynthia told Gene Mitchell. That’s a problem. All those guys over at the FBI and the US Attorneys’ office have seen all that. So that McNamara email has come in very very handy for Cynthia. He’s still trying to implement that very same plan as what she says except for putting Dennis in the juvenile justice system. He was apparently trying to do that to at some  point. So, its a mess. We said its like those boys are in quick sand and the harder they try to get out the deeper they go. We’ll see what happens. Its not good but they are all interested now in what’s the big deal with her car that Perry just cannot leave it alone. Constantly going at her car. What’s up with that car? Is it magic or something? ” I’m like ‘because its her car. He wants to take everything she has and bribe her. She won’t take his bribes and when he threatens her she just tells everyone she was threatened. They’ve done that for years. So, he is doing what she says. That’s not a lie. He really is.’ He was like “He’s his own worst enemy but those types usually are. ‘ I’m like “no question, Man. No question.”

Now let’s just look at it in grouping a subset of society together and doing a heirarchy within that subset. That subset being serial killers and their level of intellect. Let’s take Dennis Radar for example who was a happily married man, or his personal to the public was and a church deacon. In comparing on a criminal level, apples to apples he’d be most like Charles Perry. Keep in mind Charles Perry travels and he won’t take his wife Jackie. We know that from when he was supposed to have been served and the US Marshals had problems due to Perry’s travel schedule. One can do all sorts of twisted things to people when they travel alone. All kinds of time to do all kinds of horrific things to innocent people when you travel all the time and won’t take your wife so there is zero accountability with time. Dennis Radar gets away with heinous and vicious murder for 30 years with no need at all to buy even one cop. If you have to buy a cop, you are caught. You want that cop to look the other way and do nothing about whatever it was he or she just caught you doing. Radar never had the need to do that. He outsmarted. In subset of criminals, he’s the smarter guy. Dahlmer, Bundy, Zodiac and so forth never had the need to buy a cop. Perry, within his own subset of peers, is not keeping up with them either. We know he’s bought cops. Which ones those are is not going to be said here but a lot of the public is smart and you don’t need to say a word. They can get their all by themselves. Cynthia has been in 9 different jurisdictions just in Oklahoma. She’s only one of many victims. A need to know would be warranted by a department that decided long ago they aren’t going to mess with that. What we can say is when she reported the car vandalism naming no suspect at all to Mannford Police, they took photos. She told Officer Nealey, six days, less than a week, before Chief Miller’s murder, “I took pictures of that room that Laura took me to that was covered with powder. I think it’s clean now but I took pictures before she cleaned it. ” He didn’t say “I dont need to look. That’s not how we do things. ” He said “Let me see. ” And he looked and every single one very carefully.

After Chief Miller’s murder, Cynthia cane home one night and saw a black SUV sitting in the parking lot just parked. There are pictures of people pulling up that were taking pictures of her. This just after Charles Perry went into Court exparte making sure Cynthia’s wasn’t there and testified under penalty of perjury that he wasn’t hiring people to stalk her for him. These people drove up and risked having police called, took pictures of her, got neighbors everyone around Cynthia so upset they called Chief Miller to ask for increased patrol, for free? They did that for free?  Probably not. They were paid a little somethin somthin for that. So she’d had about enough of it and went up to the SUV, and gave the guy what for in “Who are you and what the hell are you doing sitting here?” The guy kinda chucked and she noticed police equipment. She asked ” Are you a cop?” “Yes.” He said. “From where?” She asked  “Mannford, he said. She said “I thought you guys drive white vehicles. I’ve never seen you guys in black so I apologize but I thought you might be one of these people we’ve had problems with. I didn’t know Mannford PD had a black SUV. I thought you guys drive white. ” He chuckled again and said “We got this one in a drug bust. ” He could have ripped her ass for the interrogation but he never did. He was kind and compassionate and very understanding. Cynthia said “What’s your name?” “Jerry Ridley” he said. He’s now the Chief and she was highly impressed with the way he handled that whole interaction. She was impressed with all the officers she interacted with in Mannford. She told Chief Ridley she had documents for him. She said “Well I’m glad you are here. It’ll save me a trip. I have papers for you. ” He said “Okay sure. I’ll wait here for you. ” She went and got in part the photos of the room that Mike Nealey saw on her phone that she had printed up for them. He took the pictures and was very kind, very professional, never said “We don’t want to look at that. That’s not how we do things. I don’t want to review your evidence. Shove it up your ass. ” Cynthia said as far as she’s concerned his heart is golden. So this is how police do business that are good police and the fact that they got hit and hit hard indicates to normal logical people that that vandalism did indeed have a little something to do with Charles Perry. If you wondered before, wondering gets to be harder to do after the events that occurred six days later. So for a guy who is not even keeping up with his low life peers on intellect, doesn’t do anything all day that a 2 year old can’t do, displays no skill set above a Walmart Greeter, to think he’s covered something up is outrageous. Cynthia has told people and told people in emails and texts all over the place that Perry has intended to arrange a second false arrest because he messed up the first one in getting her charged in Texas for doing something she has to do by law in the state where she lives. He knew that. And no blood test. If he does it, for him to think people would believe it was in any way legit again speaks to his delusion. He’s delusional.

Just before her false arrest, like in the McNamara email months before telling everyone then the exact same thing, Perry was threatening and threatening and threatening and threatening, so she told people then the same as she does now. “He’s threatening me with ‘X’ “some kind of specific harm when he does it the response then is “She said he was doing that. She’s telling the truth. ” She left nearly a decade ago so what is he doing up in Oklahoma creating all this mess so long after she left? Why is this still an issue? Why is he not busy with his family and his business where people actually see him not bothering her? He had 4 years to control himself without needing a lie. She only told a few close friends what he was doing to her. She changed careers. She moved twice and then went public. Had he been normal, he would have stopped the first time she asked him to and wouldn’t need a cover up. Just seconds before Sapulpa Police knocked on her front door she tweeted “Charles is threatening to have me arrested. If he does it, it will vindicate me. ” Being she’s now moved twice to get away from Charles Perry and his unwanted creepy attention and his drama. She’s changed careers. She’s moved twice. She’s told everyone going back to October and again January 4, 2016 that he threatened her specifically with death and false arrest. All the reasons one might need a protective order and to get a protective order in Oklahoma you have to file a police report and he knew that then. So the reason she said it will vindicate me if he does it, because she kept saying he was threatening it and making those threats in Oklahoma. She’s not lying. He’s doing exactly what she said he’s doing. He still is. She tweeted that and less than two minutes later, there was a knock at her front door and there was Sapulpa Police there to vindicate her as horrible as it was, that’s exactly what they did. They proved she was telling the truth. Perry was in Oklahoma. He caused injury to Cynthia in Oklahoma. He did not tell the Grand Jury who inducted her that he knew by law she had to file a police report and nobody investigated it because it had only been a week. And no blood test to see if her concern of being poisoned was a valid concern or not. To this day we have no blood test. He made sure there wasn’t one and had he not been having her poisoned he would have demanded one. He’d take it to media so he’d be vindicated. He’d hold a press conference and show the results were negative and she lied. That would be the case we’re he not poisoning her but that’s not what he did. He knew she was being poisoned so he made sure there was no test. That evidence gone forever.

He’s threatened a second false arrest while she was in jail for the first and death too. He’s been recorded planning a murder. Her murder. By all we see on Officer Nealeys case, evidence wise, he killed a cop. The one who looked. One can infer on this. It’s not that hard. 

Perry want Cynthia to apologize. Again what planet is he on? Whose committing the crime? Who is suffering loss after loss after loss? Is his car vandalized all the time? Are people sitting outside his business running customers off? Is his life in danger all the time? What’s his injury? She left. What is his injury? Hurt feelings? Where is the tangible injury? Apologize for what, Sir? The time your wife was sitting right in front of you and you threw a jealous fit when Cynthia pat John Frullo on the shoulder? That? Get a grip on reality. Psychiatric meds are available for men suffering from Delusional Erotomania and sociopath something or other. Go get some but bothering people in the cop family is why you have been caught more than ever in your life. Your money is no good to a lotta cops who would be honored to be the one to put you in the system  where you can’t hurt people any more. We are very sorry some weren’t strong enough to.just help victims of Charles Perry’s crimes the way these guys did who gave Cynthia the information in the McNamara email and everything he’s tried to do ever since.

Perry tells Cynthia a second false arrest is what’s best. She should just go along with it. Best for who Sir? Best for who? Not her. Not her family and not your other victims. Not your future victims. Who is it best for Sir? We have no words for that.

McNamara Email Perry has tried repeatedly to this again to Cynthia just going at it from different angles. This person asks “What is trying to prove here with this? ” That’s the big question no one understands. It doesn’t make sense. Why do this to another person constantly? He has no chance ever of a date with Cynthia and he threatens her with home loss, car loss, job loss, financial loss, friendship loss, key relationship loss, another false Arrest, and death and has since they met in 2010. He’s a stalker. That’s what they do. That is how they handle rejection. It’s highly abnormal and offensive conduct which is why the activity and conduct is criminal.

Fraud Prevalent Where Charles Perry is Concerned

Email from Cynthia regarding new documents that were filed in Civil Court posted and explaination included on some old ones in the caption. These prove Perry knowingly and maliciously committed fraud after fraud after fraud. He knowingly concealed material facts and knowingly mislead the court on key material facts. Procuring property through fraud is a crime and we all know he’s sought to do so with her car since August 2019. This was before final Court Orders were out and these would be orders he procured through fraud making sure she was not there to produce evidence filed, testify with evidence filed or cross examine Perry or his co defendants on the stand. She filed the suits and she had that right in fact procedural accuracy demands that in order to achieve non bias and fair both parties must participate. The first hearing she won against Perry and remember she’s not been to law school. Judge Jayne denied his Motion to Dismiss. In subsequent hearings the made sure she wasn’t there. This gave her credibility and legitimacy as if she had no claim and were too stupid to argue the law and facts, they wouldn’t care if she was there. Making sure she wasn’t legitimized both her claim and her intelligence. They didn’t want her to hear them lie because she would have shown their false statements to be just that: a bold faced lie.

“New photos of documents filed with Courts were ignored by Judge Cummings, and I was not in exparte hearings where Perry made additional fraudulent claims of being harassed. He planned in my first false arrest to continue his stalking and harassment, and to go to court to claim he was being harrassed when he was caught and told on. Knowing he’d been caught planning that fraud, he did it anyways.  Documents showing he knew we knew what he was up to months before he did it, here: his attorney requested emails that are the very same thing as the McNamara email telling Mr Miller and LPDO of Perry’s specific threat of the day. I complied acting in good faith. They then held an exparte hearings where I was not allowed in to show this evidence, testify with it, cross examine and this would be the second intentional fraud Perry knowingly and maliciously committed.

These documents were sitting in front of a cop who said “I dont want to see these ” My thought was “It’s fine Barney Fife. I’m about to file a law suit where everyone else will see them. ” 
If a cop or judge can’t look this over and come to the same conclusion as the reasonable prudent public, they don’t qualify for that job. It’s been reviewed by police and prosecutors from somewhere else. It will be and can be reviewed by anyone in law enforcement from anywhere from now on. No cop ever deserves to be a cop if they refuse to review evidence. I say that coming from a whole family of police. I’m Chief Hall’s granddaughter. I heard what good cops do all my life. This was not that. This was just stupid!! It gets people killed having that lazy incompetence in a police department.

So forgive us when we don’t believe them when they claim they had nothing to.di with Chief Miller’s murder. Six days after an auto vandalism complaint was filed naming no suspect but Officer Mike Nealey, who took the report was told “I have a civil case against a man stalking me. It’s likely related but that is for you guys to determine. I just don’t know anyone else who would do this.ight not be, but there of course is a chance. He’s been after my car for awhile now. ” Six days later, Chief Miller is dead and Officer Nealey arrested. Officer Nealey accused of beating a man to death, but being the super Ninja that he is, has not a mark on him. He was though treated for drug overdose with Narcan because he was out cold. He somehow super Ninja’s Chief Miller to death, then just plum passed out cold while being overdosed with some drug thought to be an opiod. He is unresponsive, in respiratory distress, and mumbling. How you kill a guy in that condition and end up with not a mark on you is certainly a mystery to any reasonable prudent individual. Cynthia knew in March, 2020 he was drugged and told emailed Florida States Attorney. Nealey was also not given a forensic inspection of his blood to see exactly what he had in him that knocked him out. That’s Brady. Prosecutors have the legal obligation to protect and preserve all evidence particularly that which might be exculpatory and give it to defense. That blood test when put before a jury may lead them to come to the same conclusion we have. He couldn’t have done this. He wasn’t able to. She told attorneys on her deposition that even before they’d deposed first responders who revealed Nealey had been treated for drug overdose, she knew he was. They ask her if she’s a cop but there was not one follow up question as to how she knew Officer Nealey was drugged even before depos were taken.

Again, after fraud after fraud after fraud, it’s nearly impossible to believe these people and wonder what corruption or fraud they are perpetrating in Officer Nealey’s case. He should be home at this point. There is missing evidence no one collected that we know existed due to delivery of Narcan. We know his physical body did not look like he’d been in a fight at all. That’s a lot if reasonable doubt and if you dont have that, you dint have a case. If you dont have a case, your prosecution is just malicious. If you have a plausible alternative explanation, even moreso. So why is he still sitting in jail?? Again when Perry denies having anything to do with that, we don’t believe them. Remember the immediate response from Officer Nealey before anyone had time to talk to him or tell him otherwise, was that he was shocked at what he was being told. He points out the fact that there was nothing on him indicating he was in any fight at all much less a deadly one. He does not say “I’m all beat up. Who did this to me? Where is Lucky? Is he okay?” He says ” I can’t believe you. Look at me. Nothing. ” That a paraphrase but he says “there is nothing me to indicate I was in a fight. ” If he was in a fight, even in self defense, he’d be beat up too. The first responder testified he would not put an IV in an injured hand. Nealey has an IV in his hand. This was before anyone had a chance to change stories. The interview is at the link below.

Charles Perry Caught Again Tampering With A Witness To His Crimes by Stealing Money

Perry caught again tampering with a witness to his crimes. If she didn’t know anything, or if she were wrong, he’d have no need. He’s implicating himself more by the day. Perry is told “You don’t have to kidnap her, tie her up, throw her in the back of a van, hold her at gun point and threaten her for it to be witness tampering. You steal her money or run off her money it’s the same thing as if you did that. You intend to influence her against her will. That is witness tampering and it is a crime and you’d better stop “

Perry is slow so don’t hold your breath. There is a reason he’s been caught now more than ever in his life because he’s done this all his life. Sometimes the grass over the sewer is the most perfect looking on the outside but you start digging a little and its nothing but a bunch of shit. He’s so full of it, he believes his own bullshit but he’s not fooling the McNamara cops. The McNamara email should have been enough to let Perry know he was under investigation. Most people have the good sense to stop when you have cops watching everything you do. Not Charles Perry though. Now there is more even today posted here.

This is regarding a customer Perry and Roberson sent in to Cynthia’s work when Chief Miller complained about them stealing her money in 2019, to impede civil court proceedings. When she wouldn’t back down they pulled him out. When she gave notice of intent to file Motions to Vacate after they were caught talking to Judges, they sent him back in. When she wouldn’t back down again, they pulled him back again. These comments are regarding intentions of law enforcement to charge these guys with grand larceny with intent.to coerce. The comments were “Had he sent these guys in weekly and had them spend the same thing every time, they wouldn’t have a case but the way he did this in sending them in and pulling them back on spending then pulling them out completely all based on her response, now they do. Had they just been consistent, no matter what she did it’s hard then to argue that Perry had expectations of Cynthia to lie or back off. ” That was in response to a quote of a prosecutor who told Cynthia “I cannot give you legal advice, but if Tulsa doesn’t we will charge him with grand larceny with intent to coerce. Research your civil options on that in Oklahoma. ” She did and found conversion and it was included in her Breach case. Imagine how pissed off that prosecutor was when they got that dismissed with no hearing at all. Not smart to piss off the prosecutor whose about to charge you with a crime. They do it all the time and they do it knowingly then whine and complain that they got caught yet again. Roberson has had someone ask Cynthia if it’s the FBI. She won’t answer those types of questions but for them to ask and yet continue in the criminal activity, get upset when they get caught, go right back at it, get caught, get upset again, is like they are stuck in some sort of pervert hamster wheel. Nobody understands why in the hell they do that and they have for years. We are.lookimg forward to their arrest so we don’t have to deal with it anymore.
