Cynthia is the victim of stalking, coercion, witness tampering, voyeurism, harassment, unwanted contact from a weirdo, sexual Exploitation and attempted murder. She moved to Oklahoma to get away from that threat. Charles Perry has come to Oklahoma, to stalk, harass, hack, peep, impose, burden Coerce and has demanded she leave her home and go back to Texas and lie for him. He’s given her an ultimatum: Be homeless and broke or lie for me. He’s doing exactly what she says. He’s every bit the criminal she alleged and continues to prove her out more by the day. His mental status in in question as he seems unclear on that fact. He’s hated for his cruelty making it very easy to get information about his alleged crimes and seems to have no idea. Mr. Perry acts as if he has no clue that his conduct disturbs everyone, he’s hated, he’s told on, he’s rejected or what that means. So, in light of that the chatter is regarding what might be wrong with him that he seems not to know that. At his age, he should. The need to repeat things for him is also a topic of discussion in chatter as to what might be wrong with Perry’s mental status that everything has to be repeated so much.

On the podcast Cynthia makes a comment that she’s not being stalked by local police then says she’s being followed everywhere by police. That’s somewhat of an exaggeration for humor purposes. To clarify, it’s common knowledge that Perry calls locals and asks them to pull her over and several have said they don’t like being asked to do that and she goes over more in her podcast. She doesn’t consider that police stalking her. It happens more than it should but it’s not like daily, weekly or even monthly. It’s on occasion more so when Perry starts escalating or getting desperate. You can tell when he’s getting desperate sometimes because of that and some make it very very clear they don’t like being asked to do that. That’s not in any way stalking in her head.
Perry is the same as TikTok Stalker Neil and causes the same anger and fear as he did to TikTok Stalking Victim Loreboree. Stalking is a domestic violence crime in all 50 states. Violent subjugation of a woman who doesn’t like some weird dude is a crime in all 50 states.

Dr. Russell discusses his stalking escalations being so catastrophic Cynthia is not able to just ignore him. If you are trying to get work done on a computer or cell phone and he’s jamming it up or typing over your typing that would be difficult to ignore. He pokes at her all day abd provokes our guys so they do get more of what goes on in his secret little meetings where he plans a catastrophic loss. As many times as she’s said “I’m not told who informants are. I don’t even know which of the 40 to inform to, or how. Wouldn’t help you if I did because I want for you to be gone. ” He still asks every day. That does mean there is something to leak and when he does what we say we got information on after we say it, he proves out the recording and we have another “I told you so.”

When he bothers Cynthia, he gets caught and he’s been caught more than ever in his life. If you are watching all this as it unfolds, you will notice we have to repeat ourselves a lot. Count how many times Lo had to tell her stalker to leave her alone. It’s like things don’t click for these stalker types like they do everyone else. Again this is a repeat, the more Charles Perry invades Cynthia’s privacy, contacts her or her family, causes hardship and loss, the easier it is to get information ahead of time when he’s planning a harm, injury, loss or crime against her. He’s upsetting all the wrong people when he does that. He seems to not be able to put it together in his head that there is a cause and effect here. You touch a hot stove, you burn your hand. Cause and effect. You harm and pose a threat to Cynthia or bother her or victimize her, you piss off all the wrong people and you get caught because you are upsetting everyone. Nobody likes to watch one person hurt another. All he was asked to do is leave her alone. Our guys would have nothing to do if he’d get out of her life and leave her alone. His hand is practically falling off his arm and he goes right back at the stove when he gets burned. We don’t know what it is he thinks he’s proving doing that. Doesn’t even make sense. He does it every day. His own guy said, “The more he pesters her, and takes her money, things don’t go well for us. We are seeing things happen we have not seen before. We dont know who these guys are. ” He gets caught because he’s upsetting everyone.

She is then in Oklahoma, threatened with death and false arrest for months, after she tried to get a protective order, and those type of threats are very serious, some texted and give rise to the need for a Protective order against Mr. Perry, she then filed a police report which is she forgot the first time she sought a protective order, gets denied in part for that, he somehow gets the police report, TPD did something wrong there in giving that to him, he then has her charged in Lubbock fir filing a false police report in retaliation for his job as a senator in Texas but the Judge required no evidence for probable cause. There was no collection of her evidence. She had texts, she has a video from the surveillance at her work showing some type of escalation with Mr. Roberson who appears to have been stalking and threatening Cynthia on behalf of Perry and that’s clear in these texts he sent her, she’s left Lubbock and been domiciled, had a lease, utilities, a job and her son’s is in school in Oklahoma, Sapulpa, then there is a situation in which she’s been in political consulting of some sort all her life, had developed relationships with ejected officials and worked Federal issues not anything in Texas, she helps Perry get elected so there is nothing about his job to retaliate. You got nothing to show probable cause for a false report or that it would be done for political pay back. There were no issues there that she was upset about and you got a whole lot of communications about stalking. So then he does that, she again lost her home. She sat in jail for 2 months, they admit in texts to giving her arsenic and phenobarbital. She’s not tested. There was no collection, no “bag and tag” as put it, and no log in of evidence and no review if the surveillance with a Tulsa Police Officer because he obstructed justice and basically was carrying out those threats made in months leading up to that escalation. Then she’s again kicked out of her home in Sapulpa. She’s told the landlord Perry had illegal surveillance in her home and no rent is behind. But again you have a situation in which she’s confronted a landlord about Perry going creepy and she’s kicked out like it was her fault. She’s then living from hotel to hotel to hide and he finds out she’s in Mannford. She begins having problems with her car. Lot of mechanical issues and tail lights being taken out, oil is drained from the vehicle she says and a radiator hose punctured so then that is line with this police recording if August 2019. She’s then driving down the highway on her way to work and he had someone throw a brick at her which, she says, could have hit her in the head, but I stead bounces off the pavement and hits the undercarriage of her car and totaled it. She gets a new car and again there is some vandalism which leads to a call to police. 6 days later the Chief is murdered and one of the responding officers accused and there is no evidence he could have committed that murder. It is unknown at this time how on earth a jury found him guilty looking at Chief Miller and looking at the accused. Cynthia knew that he’d been drugged before the information was obtained in depositions she says police helping her investigating Perry on another matter, voyeurism and sexual Exploitation and that case may actually be an international case due to the web and the Exploitation internationally would certainly give rise to international law having to be applied which is a very interesting complication. What happened next is nothing short of appalling in that she is deposed and not asked how she knew beforehand that this officer was drugged. Never asked. Also not asked about illegal communications conducted on the internet by way of Facebook in which it appears Mr. Perry is inquiring as to what all she knows and he’s attempting to anticipate what she might say in court. She was not allowed in court, she’s then again almost kicked out of her home. She’s got a situation in which he’s interfered with her business and ability to earn an income and caused her to get behind on a payment however she money coming in a few days later from a loan for school and they attempted still. You also had CoVid and the evidence is clear that her landlord and Perry were in communication with each other as police obtained a recording of Perry discussing getting her kicked out for smoking and a few days later a call from the landlord on that very thing. I’m going to point out first what she calls the McNamara email dated 10/29/15, the arrest of 1/29/16 which in fact that was retaliation for her report of 1/21/16, no TPD interview or collecting of her evidence in fact there was not even a call back until you have this voice mail of 2/15/16. Why did that call take so long? Were they that backed up they couldn’t call before that? We don’t know. Her blood test or hair analysis were not resolved or collected or reviewed or indicated nor was the video and both were lost. She maintained integrity of texts. Not them not Texas Ranger Burson nor the Prosecutor Matthew Powell nor TPD had seen any of those texts and in my opinion those texts make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end. They did mine. It is blatant and bold death threat immediately follow this woman’s attempt to get a protective order. Now again Mr. Perry has taken this woman’s money and she lost electricity for a week and had no food in retaliation for her testimony for this Mannford officer who appears to be illegally incarcerated. We have clear evidence again Mr. Perry twice has gotten her kicked out of her home or where she was staying. These are concerning as she had the right to privacy and these landlords violated maybe international law in doing what they have done. After the murder of Chief Miller she’s confronting the landlord about the cameras in her room, had gone so far as to purchase sheets to cover everywhere a camera might be or be moved to, she said, then again he refuses payment. She’s covered with bed bug bites, she’s got reviews from previous guests also complaining of bed bugs and this gentleman made her leave. So that is another situation in which he’s done the same thing to her again and she’s indicated they have a witness who says this is just what he does to women and children. She also had her sin in the home for several years and I believe when she left Sapulpa, he went to college so he was not with her in Mannford but prior to that this young man was also a victim. We now have another situation where daily Mr. Perry is attempting to take her car and get her kicked out of her home, again reasons to believe there are again cameras in her house and international being violated in what those cameras are capturing and then being sent out on the net. Her privacy again is violated as are her privacy rights and her right to equal protection of the laws prohibiting these things. So that is the situation currently and she stated the man is very hated right now and I can certainly see why that would be. We appear here to have not a crime limited to the jurisdiction of Oklahoma, Texas and Florida but maybe subject to international law and that would include these landlords. “

All communications, emails, texts and so forth of mine from 2011 to now are about stalking and have nothing to do with politics. I didn’t live in Perry’s district ever. I lived in Frullo’s. I left by the time Perry ran for Senate. He represents 3% of the population in the state of Texas and that voter demographic is 86% Republican. I grew up in the home of the Police Chief and an elected official and the power in the town of Roswell, NM where I lived. Perry was the new guy. He hadn’t even voted prior to running for office. I helped him win. I had connections long before he ran for office. I had no need for his help with anything. He needed my help meeting and forming relationships with people I knew years before he crawled out from under his rock to run for office. My government reform work was Federal not state or State Board of Education in Texas, which is an entirely different body from the legistature.
All my clients were as conservative as he. Nobody will be elected in that district if they aren’t just like Perry on the issues and to spend resources and time trying to unseat him would be a waste because the 86% Republican voters in that district demand a conservative Republican representative. State efforts in NM for monitoring of “church camps” or religious based drug rehab facilities began in 2012, not in Texas, but New Mexico. Perry is not a public servant in New Mexico. There was no issue that I needed his help with that he refused and had there been somethingI would have gone to one of the hundreds of people that were established, had rapport built already, not the new guy. There are no emails, texts, rants on facebook or twitter about Perry’s politics. He doesn’t matter. He was never relevant to me at all. If he was called about anything, it was out of courtesy to him, not need.
I not only helped him get elected but put together a fundraiser for him and Frullo when working with Ben Campbell on a campaign for the Texas Chiropractic Association.All she did was put the event together. No calls were made after that event to any legislator in Texas asking them to support anything the Texas Chiropractic Association sought legislative changes on. It was just the event which was a fundraiser for Perry and Frullo.
Pulling up behind my home to watch me in my backyard was not only creepy but out of line and not part of his legislative duties. Going to restaurants looking for me because he knew I left my home, due to his voyeurism problems and not knowing where I went, since I left my hacked phone he used to GPS me, also not what one needs to do to pass a law in Texas. I moved twice to get away from him and kept my mouth shut but to a few close friends, most of whom didn’t live in Lubbock, or even Texas, from 2011 to 2014 giving Perry plenty of time to comply with the law, comply with his stated moral values, and leave me the hell alone. I movedto avoid a conflict. I had to start my life all over again, uproot a child who had already been through profound loss because of Mr. Perry’s sadistic attackon my family, and start us all over to avoid all contact and a conflict.
He continued to stalk. I sought in 5/2015 a Protective Order. It was denied due to my failure to bring the police report. (Marler v Kloeher. )In August 2015 two police came to my work and told me Perry was just looking for a way to have me arrested. They said, “That’s not really why we signed up to be police. We said “no” to that, but that doesn’t mean he won’t find an asshole who will try to do that to you and you are asweetheart and I’m sorry he’s putting you through that. We can’t do anything more than this. He got to the boss.” I then sent a letter in that regard to the US Attorney in August, 2015 and that letter and proof of receipt is on all dockets in all lawsuits.
In October, 2015 David Roberson came to my work and threatened to put me in the lake if I didn’t recant my claims. I started getting ill afterdrinking drinks at work that were unattended briefly while I performed work duties. I bought Charcoal to curtail symptoms. All texts between Dave and I were about stalking and me arguing literally for my life. Again, nothing political is mentioned and by this time, I was long gone from Lubbock and nothing Perry did politically had or has now, a thing to do with me. I’ve not voted, registered to vote or worked on any campaigns or donated money toany campaigns since 2012. I had to drop out suddenly of all of that because of Perry’s stalking.
On January 16, 2016 the stalking and harassment escalated. There was video evidence of that escalation, which they destroyed and Powell made no effort to preserve as is required by law, statute, and rule. There was evidence in my blood and hair of poisoning. He also destroyed that evidence and Powell also made no effort to preserve it. That would have proved attempted murder. Had they not poisoned me, they would have made sure I was tested and had a press conference to wave around negative test results to prove their story. Insteadthey made sure there was no test, by physical force, perjury and deception on the court, prevented and delayed the reporting of the crime against them, held me illegally in Lubbockfor two months while that poison worked its way out of my system. I filed a police report on January 21, 2016 in compliance with OK law, being my Protective Order was denied dueto my failure to bring it with me to court in May, 2015. They filed charges of “filing a false police report in retaliation for a public servant doing his job as a public servant”, on January 29, 2016 and I was arrested on that day and taken out of Oklahoma, away from Oklahoma law enforcement where the crime occurred and was reported. Why Jim Hansen signed offon an arrest report without the proper evidence to support the crime alleged is in question currently.
I have texts and emails from October, 2015 to right up to the day of my false arrest telling anyone and everyone that Perry was threatening a false arrest. The US Attorneywas told this in August, 2015 after those two police officers warned me. While I was in jail, Powell and Perry got braggy, told everyone they intended to send me home, harass the hell out of me, then claim they were being harassed when I complained. All the other inmates heard about it, maybe from their own attorneys, got all pissed off about it and told me. They also said, “He’s hacked you they said, and he will tweet from your phone. Look into Flexispy or get rid of your phone.” My ex husband disconnected my phone immediately when he picked me up to take me home. The phone was in his name. Justice Scalia was the Judge on that Court who upheld First Amendment Rights more than the rest, he happened to be in West Texas while they were planning that and died. Immediately, Former DC Homicide Commander William O. Richie questioned why post mortem protocol was not followed by West Texas law enforcement as it would have been had he died in DC. We were allin West Texas all right then at the same time while they were planning to perpetrate another fraud on a court, this time, the highest court of the land. They did exactly that, harass the hell out of me and vandalized. They have many times and that just after Perry expressed intent to do so, there is a recording and arising email and post on facebook about that specific threat. Posting that is not a crime.
The vandalism was reported to Mannford PD on November 4, 2019 as “suspect unknown” but might be relatedto a stalker problem with whom I had an ongoing lawsuit against. 6 days later, November 10, 2019, Chief Miller is beat to death and the responding officer to my complaint accused of his murder, even though, we all know it is not humanly possible to beat a man to death while drugged and unconscious and end up with not a mark on you. I told the Florida States Attorney in January, 2020 and again in March, 2020 that Officer Nealey could not have killed Chief Miller because he’d been drugged and wasn’t tested before countermeasures were administered, first responders said in May, 2020 they gave him Narcan for drug overdose, not treat him for being knocked out in a fight, which changed the chemical make up in Nealey’s body causing him to “come to” rendering his blood evidence also altered. I was harassed and attacked even worse once I came to Officer Nealey’s side to support his innocence, which wouldn’t have concerned Perry et al, if they had nothing to do with that murder in fact if they had nothing to do with that murder, they toowould have come out and said, “This is a police officer and we support our police. Clearly someone did something to Cynthia’s car and it wasn’t us. We’d like to find outwho did this. Clearly Officer Nealey could not have committed this crime, and we’d like to use our power to find out who did this.” But that’s not what they did.
What they did is attack me and now, I’d like to hear one more time,”I wish we could prove who the poster is on this Facebook page.” referring to the Justice4Cyn site that chapters and verses stalking, harassment, RICO violations, and so forth, committed against Cynthia and Perry’s other victims none of which posting about these crimes does not qualify as criminal activity. Talking about crime is not a crime in any state at all. So, please do again ask that question. One more time ask who it is posting because we all know that’s the important thing, not repeat offending, not murder in the first degree, not violating women and children, not sexual exploitationof women and children and not some delusional old fart forcing his ick and slime and delusion all over a woman and her family who want not a damn thing to do with him. Please do ask thatquestion again. We dare you. “
Who is the criminal? OJ Simpson or people who tweeted about OJ Simpsons offenses? He was acquitted in the criminal case but found guilty in the civil wrongful death suit. Which jury is crazy? Which jury, in Matthew Powell’s medical professional opinion belongs in the nut house? Is practicing medicine without examination of a patient or the license to do so not a violation of the medical practices act in all 50 states? Which jury should go to jail for their carefully reasoned out determination ? These men have deflected by demanding people see them as victims when they get told on and telling about crime has never been a crime. This conduct has everyone highly upset and irritated but it’s typical of the monsters we are dealing. A society is defined by the way they deal with the monsters among them and this is not being tolerated. It is simply corruption and we don’t tolerate corruption here. We also don’t tolerate mediocrity or gender bias. We don’t drive covered wagons any more. Misogyny is as bad as racism. Stalking is a crime in all 50 states as is voyeurism and hacking, RICO Violations and attempted murder and murder. These people reoffend. They can’t control themselves. That is evident in the facts of this case, supporting evidence and acts showing consciousness of guilt of these men. Who talks about the crime is not the issue or the crime. The individuals asking that question are irritating those who are not ignorant.

“All this case is about for me is my Granlaw’s legacy, relieve suffering caused by crime. In the face of such massive adversity and a crew of such wicked men I cannot even describe the level of the evil and the suffering they have caused, being under threat daily, I’ve not wavered. I’ve not even considered it. His legacy did not come easy. I’m not about to compromise that for these men who have no self control and who offend and think nothing of it. Lin, my dad, had he not had issues with substance abuse would have made a great cop. I used to watch in amazement at his ability to Sherlock anything, get people giving up pertinent information without them realizing that’s what they just did.
I’m in this for a reason. My background in politics and growing up in law enforcement and having the “F you” personality that I have. You push me all you do is piss me off. I don’t subjugate. It’s not in me. My brain is wired completely opposite of subjugation. You just piss me off and I fight harder to put a stop to that which devastates other people’s lives and mine. Who better to catch these particular bad guys than me and I have like no one else in their lives ever has.
In coming to the assist of Mike Nealey who just took a complaint for car vandalism 6 days before he almost died and was accused of murder, as I looked over testimony and evidence what he was accused of was not just not plausible but not possible. If what he was accused of happened then he did something no man on earth has ever pulled off. He, while drugged and unconscious, beat a guy to death and ended up with not one injury anywhere on him. Internal decapitation. Blunt force trauma to the head. Extensive damage over his head neck and face were Chief Miller’s injuries and the arrest report said the only injuries were a red swollen right hand. He had an IV in that hand. A needle from an IV might cause that. Even so you cannot beat a guy to death with only one hand. He had a busted lip unrelated to the deadly fight. Hotel staff pulled him off Chief Miller and threw him face first into the floor. I told the Florida States Attorney in March 2020 in an email “Officer Nealey was drugged and not given a full tox before counter measures. Depositions confirming that were not taken until May, 2020 and not on the docket for the public to see until June. I was supposed to testify. Perry et al went at me. Why do that if you had not a thing to do with that murder? They weren’t named as suspects in the vandalism report. Officer Nealey was told “No one saw who did this. I’m suing 5 men who have stalked me and threatened my car specifically. This might be their way of letting me know they can get in my car, but we don’t know that for sure. ” 6 days later the fatal event occurs. I went a week with no electricity. I took cold showers. I had very little food. I was deposed but not called to testify and my testimony was favorable to the accused. It is the alternative theory and the more likely one. I filed 2 Third Party Motions to Intervene. There should have been hearings on those and in part a decision made as to whether or not I had standing to file them. There was nothing. He’s found guilty. His life is ruined. Suffering caused by crime. Had someone told me “If you step up here and help Officer Nealey, you will suffer bad. ” I’d do it again. Nothing has changed. Perry goes at me everyday all the time, still going at my money and my car abd my privacy, still trying to find a way to do a second false arrest. Witness and victim tampering. Coercion. Subjugation. I provided an assist to an Officer down and I’ve not given up despite the attack. Had not they not done that murder there would be no attack. They wouldn’t care.
I’m in Criminal Justice class in college. I have a 3.89 GPA while I’m going through all this. My Granlaw’s legacy means something to me that we have power. My family was the power in Roswell where I grew up but he taught us that power is in service not being Hitler. Relieve suffering caused by crime. Look the victim in the eye and let them know “We got the monster hurting you and you will hurt no more. ” That’s what this is about for me. Former Roswell PD Police Chief L.M. I’m getting it right because I’m Chief Hall’s Granddaughter and that’s how he lived. His legacy means something to me because it didn’t come easy. What legacy do you leave for your family? Will they be proud of you like I am my family? No hero can come from things just being easy. Only in a fight for justice and peace and freedom and the kind where you have to use everything in you, dig deep, to pull out every ounce of strength you have, all the love for people and their well being you have, every ounce of hate and distain for that which threatens all things good in this world to be able to do this.
So, for all that, we go forward. We believe God is who He says He is and He will do what He says He will do and know His plans for us are good. He equipped me for such a time as this. They have harmed more than is tolerated in this civilized society because the monsters among us tell us who we are not just who they are. How we deal with them defines who we are as a society. So deal with them in a way that brings joy to the suffering. Get it right or go home. Slay the dragon and slay it like a boss. It’s your legacy. Here Am I. Send Me.
