Just as in this case of an Albuquerque police officer who murdered his wife, the investigator is committed to bring justice so much so that investigator have gone to similar lengths as Detective Jones of Valencia County Sheriff’s Office when he took three months off to focus on justice for this one victim when getting push back from his supervisors. Imagine that similarly investigators advised the victim to go to Civil Court. But then imagine nothing went as it should have according to the law and exparte hearings were held to get suits dismissed. Imagine the fury of police and prosecutors pursing justice when no fair hearings are held, no cross examinations, no depositions, no discovery, no evidence presented, no witnesses but just oddly everything is done in secret and thrown out. Imagine then the lengths gone to to get judges who would deny justice to a victim of crime. It’s that and worse. This case is that and worse and now the fury is not just about what Charles Perry, Matthew Powell, Josh Burson, David Roberson, and Joe Chadwick did to the granddaughter of a former highly respected Police Chief, but now includes what they did, allegedly, or allowed to be done, allegedly, to Mannford PD Chief Miller and Officer Mike Nealey. You go after cop, you are gonna have all kinds of cops all over you for the rest of your life every day all day until you go to jail. Unless a cop is on the payroll that crap will not be tolerated at all.

Stalkers have no grasp on reality. They target an object they can never have, they know they can never have it, they don’t see their target as a human being but as an object and one they want to destroy because they can’t have it. They are severely mentally ill or they would move on. Everyone has been rejected at one time or another and normal people move on to find someone who mutually wants them. They force themselves on a person or people who reject them and don’t want them around. Perry has forced himself on Cynthia Ortiz for a decade. Destroying someone involves criminal activity. They keep going until apprehended and put in jail where they can harm no more or a mental hospital. There will be more police reports. There will be more loss because Charles Perry is nutty and has no control over his weirdo problem and he can’t stop. He will be stopped by cops but which cops those are will really really embarass some who should have done something in their own jurisdiction but failed. It is not that hard to Sherlock when a specific threat is made, then an incident occurs exactly as threatened and there is no excuse for allowing crime after crime after crime to occur including alleged loss of life or attempted threat to life for years. Stalkers have no control. They cannot stop. They have to be stopped by effective law enforcement and say what you will, evidence does not lie. People lie. Evidence does not. A police department who flat out refuses to look at evidence has failed miserably on protecting life. That is the job. If they fail, someone comes in that gets it right just as was the case in both the case featured here and the one featured on Unbelieveable on Netflix, you got folks who really have no business being in law enforcement because the job of law enforcement is to relieve suffering caused by crime, not cause it or allow it and if that is not your thing, taxpayers respectfully request you go do something you can handle better.

DISCLAIMER: We have been told Perry is claiming he is a victim of harassment due to his actions being confronted here. We understand it’s “content specific” . He is going to have to take that up with the police and psychologist directly when they are ready to confront Mr Perry face to face. They know the catastrophic losses he’s caused other people and hardly see him as the victim of anything. This is in part confronting him for his conduct that is criminal and if he does not like being confronted, then he should stop. That is the only solution.
